We also offer practical and strategic advice in the pre-litigation stages. DSL has been involved in high profile arbitrations mainly involving disputes on construction and infrastructure projects.
As a Special Administrative Region of People’s Republic of China, Macau is provided, under the Basic Law, with its own independent judicial system. It comprises three levels: a Court of First Instance, an Appeals Court and the Supreme Court. The final decisions issued by the Macau Court are not subject to any further review outside their own jurisdiction.
